At Happy Morocco Travel, we want every traveler to feel confident from the first message to the last sunset over the Sahara. This page explains how payments work, what happens if plans change, and how refunds are handled. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the terms below.
A deposit is required to confirm any tour, transfer, or travel service. The exact amount depends on tour length, season, and the suppliers involved (hotels, desert camps, riads, drivers, guides). Your booking is only confirmed once we receive the deposit and send you a written confirmation.
The remaining balance must be settled before arrival or, at the latest, on the first day of your tour. If the balance is not paid by then, we reserve the right to cancel the booking automatically and the deposit will not be refunded.
All bank charges, transfer fees, and currency-conversion costs are the responsibility of the client.
All prices are quoted in EUR (€) unless otherwise specified. Quotes reflect availability and supplier rates at the time of inquiry and may change until the booking is confirmed in writing. Once confirmed, the agreed price is locked in — no surprise increases.
Plans change. If you need to cancel, the following schedule applies based on how far in advance we receive your written cancellation:
Pre-paid accommodations, desert camps, domestic flights, train tickets, private transport, and booked activities are deducted from any refund, as these are paid to third-party suppliers and are usually non-recoverable.
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time is approximately 14 business days from the date of approval. Bank, PayPal, or platform fees from the original payment are not reimbursed.
After confirmation, you may request changes to dates, group size, hotels, or activities. We will do our best to accommodate them, subject to supplier availability.
In rare cases — force majeure, road closures, political unrest, severe weather, health emergencies, or operational issues beyond our control — we may need to cancel or modify a tour. When this happens we will:
Happy Morocco Travel is not liable for additional expenses such as international flights, visas, or lost earnings caused by such events.
Travel insurance is not included in our tour prices. We strongly recommend that every traveler purchase comprehensive coverage that includes trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and loss of personal belongings before departing for Morocco.
If a client fails to appear at the agreed pickup point on the tour start day without prior notice, the booking is treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
If something goes wrong during your tour, please tell your guide, driver, or our office immediately so we can fix it on the spot. Complaints submitted after the tour ends should be sent in writing within 14 days of your return so we can investigate properly.
