Welcome to Happy Morocco Travel. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 20% or 30% of the total tour cost is required.
The remaining balance is payable in cash (EUR, USD, or MAD) upon arrival in Morocco or via bank transfer 2 weeks before the trip starts.
Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your trip, the following fees apply:
More than 30 days before the trip: Full refund of deposit minus transaction fees.
15 to 29 days before the trip: 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.
Less than 14 days before the trip: 100% of the deposit is non-refundable.
Note: Special conditions may apply for high-season bookings (Christmas/New Year).
By You: We are happy to make adjustments to your itinerary (changing hotels or activities) if requested more than 30 days before arrival, subject to availability.
By Us: In rare cases of force majeure (weather, road closures), Happy Morocco Travel reserves the right to modify the itinerary to ensure your safety.
Included: Private vehicle with A/C, driver/guide, fuel, accommodation (as per package), breakfast/dinner (as specified), local guide (in some cities) and camel treks.
Excluded: Flights to/from Morocco, travel insurance, lunches, drinks, entrance fees to monuments (unless specified), guide (unlicensed and licensed guide) and tips.
Travel insurance is mandatory (or highly recommended). Happy Morocco Travel is not responsible for any illness, injury, or loss of luggage during the trip. Please ensure your insurance covers adventure activities like camel trekking or 4×4 desert driving.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts.
